Looking for some assistance with the assignment below. The essay needs to be 2750-3000 words. I'm currently around 2000 words and adding anything else seems to be pretty redundant. I'm hoping that by adding a second program, I can add more depth and do some comparisons to make my essay more effective and if you can get anywhere around 750 words I would greatly appreciate it. The program that will be examined for this summary is the program implemented by the Boston Police department in which the department chose to use a broad coalition of federal and state entities wherein they would utilize the ability to cultivate different governmental agencies to ensure that all members of the community were able to address juvenile violence within these communities. The program was known as Operation Ceasefire, which sought to end the gang violence within these communities by collaborating with the members from these communities as well as local organization that represent the community.
