    Given the ethical issues around managed care, is "Managed Care Organization" a good arrangement for patients?

    Some positive things to consider with Managed Care Organizations:

    * Unnecessary procedures are decreased
    * Preventative care is encouraged
    * Length of time spent as inpatient for procedures is reduced
    * Less expensive treatments are attempted first
