The two websites for athletic boosters that I visited were strikingly different in their approach to eliciting funding for their college athletic departments. The first website http://www.go-knights.net/sports/2010/6/21/GEN_0621104300.aspx focused on specific verbiage in regard to the objectives and directives for their boosters. The website utilizes exact amounts for boosters while also detailing what a donation will reward the donor. Examples were $1000 down to $75 with varying amounts of access to games at the sporting events with different sport programs within the athletic department.
