I am working on a Capstone research project and I do need some assistance with ideas on how to respond. I am required to base my response according to my clinical setting and identify a problem, issue or educational deficit and to build a proposal for change.

The topic will be on Nosocomial infection and preventative methods. This paper is describing the nature of the problem, issue, or educational deficit. Include the following in the discussion should be -

-The setting and/or context in which the problem, issue, or educational deficit
can be observed.
- Detailed description of the problem, issue, or educational deficit.
- Impact of the problem, issue, or educational deficit on the work environment,
the quality of care provided by staff, and patient outcomes.

Nosocomial infection happened in hospitals where patients often get infected after being admitted to the hospital. Nosocmial infection is defined as infections that are acquired in hospitals and other healthcare facilities. The person admitted to the hospitals must have no other infections than the infections acquired within the hospitals.
