In Japan globalization has impacted its economy on the global market but it doesn't impact the country's demographics as Japan remains one of the most homogenous countries on the planet. Japan has a very strict immigration policy and very few diverse peoples live in Japan as it is almost entirely Japanese. This means that globalization has only had an impact on the economy in the country as it must open its business markets up to international companies to receive access to other markets around the globe.
