Tattoo Operation - Hazards

I was going through my textbook and was asked to answer this question as thoroughly as possible:

1. How would you apply the principles of infection control and regulatory requirements in the inspection of a tattooing operation?

One needs to consider the operation's nature and associated public health hazards/risks. You are also expected to identify health risk management strategies by making reference to regulatory requirements, and in other cases, infection control principles. Your answer will be similar to an inspection report, but minus the inspection details."

I am thinking of universal precautions... disease transmissions cycle/chain of infection. I would really appreciate an OTA's help in answering this question.

Thank you for your time.
