Use your research to draw specific conclusions about actual events which shaped their image. Use your judgment to make comments regarding their perspective on life which is central to their works. First, Anne Frank epitomized heroic qualities for her courage, wit, insights, love, and faith during a time of evil, persecution, and injustice. She defied death by using her diary to chronicle not only the pain associated with the Holocaust but also the small, universal moments in life. The oppressed, ruthless society in which she lived definitely influenced her character and heroism. How we understand her is directly influenced by the era and society in which she lived. Because of the secretive and courageous nature of her diary account, she is admired her more.
