    Hypothetically, you been told that you are suffering from moderate anxiety and depression mental disorders. Hypothetically you being a single adult having anxiety/depression disorder symptoms resulting with impairments resulting in you feeling down most of the time, depressed or hopeless most of the time, has trouble sleeping most of the time, having little energy most of the time, poor appetite, has little pleasure in doing things and feels bad about yourself more than usual.
