The best way to introduce teachers/trainers/instructors to new instructional design methods and strategies is to actually hold a training initiative that invites them together to try out the new design out for themselves. If they are able to successfully navigate the new instructional design or new technology that is being integrated into their instruction, then they are ready to use it. You should be available during this training to answer questions or demonstrate the design for them. If they are afforded the opportunity to become familiar with the new instructional design method and/or strategy before they are expected to use it for the first time, then they will have an advantage over other instructors who jump right into it and hope for the best.
