I'm posting several links to additional resources. The similarities are that the team acquires same knowledge and skills as the knowledge disseminated to an individual. There are also similar opportunities to develop leadership in members of the group and to observe which members emerge as natural leaders. This would give strong insight into which members of the group may be suited for future leadership roles or promotion.
