The Strategic Communication campaign that I will create will be based on promoting the precepts of secularism. These will be used to counter radicalism being propagated by ISIS. My campaign will increase awareness of secularism, get information about persons who have been influenced by the ISIS propaganda, and persuading them to accept secularism as the more humane ideology. I will create the persona of people who are likely to be influenced by ISIS. These include Muslims who have been adversely affected by wars, state violence, and anti-terror action. I will develop a detailed profile of such persons, including their pain points, the social media they favor, their interests, and their location. Next, I will choose the social media channels to approach them, develop a schedule for a social media campaign, and find out the right tools to increase my reach.
