Rational Unified Process and SCRUM
Not what you're looking for?
Find a description of a software development process, preferably with a description on the web. There are many processes; some examples include the Rational Unified Process (RUP), OPEN, eXtreme Programming, SCRUM, RWSP and DSDM. Write an abstract of about six to ten paragraphs that summarises the process. Additionally, in one to three paragraphs, provide a critique of what you perceive to be the strengths and weaknesses of this process. You are not looking for every little flaw with the process but, rather, significant aspects that you think are potential dangers or great benefits.
Further, I need to choose at least one of the processes summarised in the above-referred problem (one that is different from the process we used for answer to the above-referred paragraph question ) I need to write my own abstract of that process. My abstract should be four to eight paragraphs in length and should contain one to three paragraphs of critique. Comment on the different emphasis between your abstract and the original abstract.
