I need an explanation of the functionality of a shopping cart that will be implemented in Kudler Find Foods web site.
Shopping cart functionality will enable customers to check-out all fresh produce from online using credit and debit cards.
User will have option to register using email address as user id and need to provide additional information like first name, last name and need to agree to terms and conditions.
A temporary password will be send to customer and will be forced to change his/her password after first login to www.kudlerfinefood.com
User now will have option to select any produce add to shopping cart. Number of items in shopping card can be updated at any time. This will be done using PHP as scripting code and mySQL as database.
When ever a user log in to www.kudlerfinefood.com a new session will be created and will store the items selected in shopping cart.
