    lead(II) carbonate
carbonate is a salt of carbonic acid H2CO3 (and CO3 has a -2 charge)
II indicates that Pb has two positive charges.
So lead (II) carbonate is PbCO3.

    copper(II) Cyanide
A cyanide is any chemical compound that contains the cyano group CN (and CN has a charge of -1)
so copper (II) cyanide is Cu(CN)2.

chemical formula for slaked lime: it is calcium hydroxide (hydroxide has a -1 charge (OH-)) and Ca has a 2+ charge)
    Formula is Ca(OH)2
