For example, if you would not seek work in an emergency room at the local hospital or in a meat production factory, pick such a field and describe its organization, your coworkers, and the work environment.     Tradition is the passing down of elements of a culture from generation to generation, especially by oral communication. The role of tradition will make the organization to conduct the decision making and other business process according to the customs and usages. Some of the customs and usages may be the competitive advantages for the company while some of the customs and usages may not be suitable for the company to achieve the utmost benefit. However, corporate tradition can be adjusted from time to time depending on the management policies and the employees of the company. The effects of the tradition on the organization will be the organizational behaviors.
    Environment is the circumstances or conditions that surround the group of people in the organization, especially the combination of social and cultural conditions affecting the nature of an individual or community. The role of the environment will affect the organization to adapt their culture according to the environment in their community because the employees will share the culture and tradition of the community in the organization.
