Since Boeing Co. doesn't have any outstanding preferred shares, its weighted average cost of capital will be computed through the use of both estimates we made previously: the cost of debt and the cost of equity. However two elements remain to be determined: the market value of equity and the tax rate which is discussed in the solution (see attachment).
