Product Life Cycles, Product Levels

I need definitely need help. I have done a lot of research and I am not finding what I need.

First, if possible, please provide two or three articles that provide definition and examples of product levels: core product, actual product, and augmented product. I found the information on marketing tutor and Kotler's five levels, but I cannot locate any real articles.

Second, please confirm that beer is in the mature product life cycle, craft beer is in the growth nearing mature life cycle and my product which is craft beer is also in the growth nearing mature life cycle.

Third, describe the customer needs or benefits for each customer based on general knowlege: distributor, retailer, and consumer. I think I know the needs of the consumer.

Fourth, discuss how elements of the marketing mix may differ for each customer listed above. This part is a real challenge for me.

Thank you.
