2. We have discussed a number of global companies, Wal-Mart being one of those global companies who have started operations in many developing countries. Some are arguing that Wal-Mart is exploiting those countries as they are just money hunger-profiteers. Others and Wal-Mart argue that, yes they are making a profit, but in the process they are helping those countries by aiding the people and the economy, so they claim that it is mutually beneficial. To continuously evaluate the global strategy for my company over time, I would have to do this daily, weekly, monthly and annually by means of looking at all the data, research and competition that it entails. This does not mean that I would minimize the idea of it, but I would strive harder to remain competitive with others within my industry. This would take place often, as my colleagues would answer to me as to what it is they want to do next, and in order to do their job effectively in the workplace. I believe everyone is involved in the evaluation process, especially those who are executives.
