Safety Loss in Project Activities

I am not in need of reallly long responses I just need at least 150 words to complete the following:

Compose an essay explaining the reasons why individuals routinely waste the excessive safety we acquire for our project activities

I have gathered up 4 other articles but am in need for some brain power to complete this. Attached is a word document that has 3 other articles in it and I just need the above answered for each of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
