The project tasks for the company's project were fairly specific in regard to the responsibilities and requirements that each team member had throughout the implementation of the online sales department for the organization. Each team member had a geographic region that they were responsible for conducting research on, forwarding information online about our product, and interacting with potential customers in social media and other online forums. In addition, each member was required to attend mandatory training to become well-versed in online marketing and sales.

Individuals who were more assertive, would be team leaders in any geographic region as this behavior is conducive with the type of strategic approach used to expand into new territories, which is what our company was attempting to do. Individuals ...
