Four Stages of Project Monitoring and their Significance

While conducting a business, several teams are assembled for accomplishing a specific objective or task. The project has to undergo several stages and in every stage the progress has to be monitored on a regular basis (Gudda, 2011). These stages start by defining the requirements of the project to evaluating the project's success. When the project is in the planning phase, the processes of setting the objectives and assigning the responsibilities are undertaken. These processes, therefore, help in deciding the actual success and failure rate of the project.

The activity of monitoring takes place when the project is in the execution phase; it occurs after the project-related work is successfully accomplished. In the execution phase, during the final phase, the outcomes of the project are assessed to ensure whether they are in line with the objectives defined at the project initiation stage (Shelly & Rosenblatt, 2009). My project has successfully undergone multiple phases and is now ready to move into remote offices across the organization.
