According to Kaiser (2012), the following are some of the ways to select the right people for a project team:
1. Choose people with the right skills for the job. For example, if you need a coder with an intermediate level of experience, get someone who has a few years experience but knows how to do the job and not someone who many years of experience in that skill nor someone who has just graduated and doesn't have any experience yet.
2. A project team may need all the technical expertise but all team members must know how to communicate with each other. By communicating, it doesn't only mean talking but it also means learning how to cooperate and collaborate with the other team members on matters related to the job or project the team is working on.
