    Shared governance is one of the newest terms that one will hear when it comes to health care. I have seen places that have instituted shared governance and it has helped the organization. I have also seen organizations that have tired to institute shared governance but because of the staff involved, it was not successful. The staff did not change, even though they said they wanted change. How can this be approached with staff?
