Compare and contrast the four styles of creative intelligence and their influence on organizational decision making.

Creative intelligence is a person's ability and initiative in adapting to new situations and being able to solve problems that they encounter. A person who has creative intelligence is innovative and imaginative in finding novel answers to questions that have been common in the past. They come up with new and even untested solutions to approach differently these same old problems with the hope that they don't repeat again. They think outside of the box and this type of intelligence has four different styles. They explain how people see the world in their own perspectives. These styles process information according to mental models/mindsets. These mindsets can influence organizations either positively or negatively. Learning about these, managers must be able to reduce, if not eliminate, the negative mindsets and focus on the improvement of the positive ones so that informed and sensible decision making can be done. This is a good mindset however; past experiences show that it limits the positive business opportunities.
? Imagination - Imaginative style describes people who are artistic, enjoys writing, and have strong leadership traits. They can visualize various scenarios with the way their imaginative mind works. They have strong coping skills for problem-solving due to the fact that these types of individuals can see beyond the present situation and so they are able to create better solutions to problems and can contribute effectively in decision making. These types of people are calm and confident and they have a positive influence on the people around them even in the midst of a challenging situation. Their imaginative style allows them to see a global view of possibilities that can happen beyond the present situation on hand and this gives puts them in a better perspective to anticipate future problems in connection with the present challenge. The limitation of this mindset is that imaginative individuals need to put everything into perspective thereby preventing them from focusing much on the immediate future.
? Innovation - The innovative people concentrate on the current issues and evidence. This style is ...
