Additional services can e seamlessly integrated into Margaret Harrison's organization, through a well designed organizational structure. Every department she seeks to add must have one manager who will lead the department. The department will have at least one physician, and two nurses. Further, the department will have medical equipment as required by the specialty. The managers will report to Margaret Harrison. Additional real estate can be hired by Margaret Harrison and if the department is managed efficiently, the department will make profits. This model can be applied to each of the specialty namely Pathology, Hematology, cardiology, chemotherapy, endocrinology, dermatology, allergology, and mental health. The number of employees in the department may be increased by Margaret Harrison depending on actual or expected demand for the services. The manager will be responsible for coordination of the services with every other department, he will be responsible for digitalized record-keeping, and will receive patient reports from other departments as and when required though a computer intra net. The exchange of records, close cooperation between departments and the location of all facilities at the same location will help seamlessly integrate the facilities that are available at Margaret Harrison clinic.
