The interactions in the work place environment are based upon the corporate culture of the organization. The corporate culture of the company is the beliefs and behaviors of the personnel in the organization's premises. The executive leadership in the company plays a major role in the defining of the organizational culture but the employees implement the culture on the ground. An effective leader constructs and promotes a culture that incorporates all the elements of the organization so that the culture reflects the operations of the company (Organizational Culture, 2011).
