Inspirational motivation is a direct correlation with successful training. Inspiring trainees to want to learn is often identified with successful trainers. In order to convey motivation from the sender (trainer) to the receiver (trainee), one must identify factors that cultivate the environment that the training is being conducted in. However, regardless of how "good" the training has been outlined and executed, motivation must come from within. Below we'll discuss some factors that affect a learner's motivation and peak the overall interest of the training being conducted. I'll also discuss how the factors that I've picked have influenced my own motivation to learn in different environments.
