//Before writing about the organizational behavior of FMC Green River, I will discuss about the level of employee motivation within the organization. The applicability of the suggested recommendations for FMC Green River in other organizations will also be discussed. So, firstly, I will discuss about the organizational behavior and the organizational problems at FMC Green River under the heading of Introduction, for example://

Introduction

The analysis of the organizational behavior of the Green River unit shows that there are various problems in the organizational behavior of the unit. The organizational behavior problems in the unit are due to the improper management policies and programs. These problems caused job dissatisfaction among employees. The employee motivation is not also up to the level. The site manager of the unit asked for some recommendations to implement in the unit to motivate the employees (FMC Corporation, 2008).

The organization was provided several recommendations for the resolution of these problems. The main recommendations provided to the unit were concerned with organizational culture & structure, work team development, organizational changes, ethics, motivation, etc. These recommendations are applied in some organizations, while in some other organizations, these are not applicable.

//Above, a discussion about the evaluation of the organizational behavior and the recommendations for the management of the organizational issues at FMC Green River has been done. Now, an explanation about the implementation and effectiveness of the suggested recommendations in another organization will be given://

The given recommendation for the organizational behavior problems of FMC Green River unit can be effective in some organizations. For their effectiveness, the other organization should also have similar operational activities. The reason is that the organization structures of the organizations having similar operational areas are also similar. Within the same organizational structures, the management practices are also followed at the same level. The policies of the management are similar in all the organization with same organizational structure. The organizations which have similar problems related to employee motivation will have effective role of these recommendations in their management practices (McKenna, 2000).

On the other hand, the same recommendations can not be effective in some other organizations. This is because work environment of different organization varies in various aspects. The organizational behaviors of different organizations have different practices for the employees. The level of job satisfaction is also different for different employees. The workforce diversity is a great challenge in the effective application of these recommendations in some organizations. Some other aspects due to which the given recommendations can not be applicable in some organizations are organizational culture, organizational change, management policies, work environment, etc.

Thus, different factors determine the effective application of the recommendations in different organizations.
