The visual aids and technology can be distraction rather than a helpful component due to certain issues such as poor quality of image, confusing information and clutter due to too much information, etc. Poor content or material in the presentation and poor choice of colours and graphics in the visual presentation also makes it ineffective.
Moreover, there are certain business presentations where audience want to have limited view of audio/visual presentation and more interested in observing things in real life.
