Barriers such as social, religious, educational, economical, political, language and motivational should be considered before doing business in India. Understanding religion is very important. It is also important to focus on individual variables such as time, dressing attitude, gestures and manners, etc. because they have a crucial impact upon the company's strategy, for example: issues related to time such as punctuality. Americans keep appointments at the agreed hour, but Indians may arrive late upon the agreed time. Indians dress conservatively while Americans do not ( Dotlich, Cairo & Rhinesmith, 2010).
