Measures a company can take to make accommodation for people with disabilities include making entries, doorways, hallways, entries and other points of access more easily accessible for those who may be confined to a wheelchair. They also include making accommodations for those with less common disabilities, by asking the person with a disability, which tools or accommodations will be necessary for him/her to perform tasks required in the position. Part 1630, of the Americans with Disabilities Act, states that it is unlawful to use tests in the hiring process, that tend to eliminate those with disabilities, unless "the test is shown to be job related" (ADA 1630.7). For Holmes, Helm & Partners, Inc., this means that unless the test is used to measure creative abilities in marketing and advertising, it should not be used. In addition, the first advertisement that uses the language "nimble on your feet" should be revises, as this language can be construed as eliminating a group of people
with specific disabilities. Instead, the ad can use terms like "quick thinking."
