1. The paper based forms can be computerized;
2. The accounting system can be computerized and this decreases the possibility of frauds;
3. The franchisee ordering system can be online with web based electronic application forms and supplementary information. This will reduce cost.
4. The franchisee stocks can be monitored online through an extranet so that the stock of beads can automatically be replenished by Bead Bar.
5. The Bead on Board can be connected electronically to the central office of Bead Bar so that replenishments of beads can be done at the next port of call and the Bead on Board remains well supplied.
Computerizing the paper based forms can reduce the number of mistakes and frauds in Bead Bar. In addition, the computerization of the accounting system will lead ...
