Power corruption cycle can be defined as the Power with access to resources and no accountability. in such situations, Corruption occurs where power is abused for personal or exclusive and elitist groups gains or profits. Such situations lead to poor decision, coercion, low opinion of employees, ethical violations, more distance from employees and inflated view of self.
