The second step to facilitating the change would be to ensure that the change selected is congruent with the overall mission of the school. The third step would be to develop a change implementation execution plan that involves explaining the components of the plan to all staff members within the school, and delegating specific duties to each of the staff members so that each staff member will know what their responsibilities are in helping to implement the change plan. The fourth step would be for the administrator to ensure that the school contains the adequate amount of human and material resources that will be needed in order to implement the change plan into the school's operational paradigm.
