Your speaker notes should be detailed; each slide that accompanies the speaker notes should have approximately three-five key points from the speaker notes in short, bullet-type sentences. For each "slide" below, I have included suggestions for speaker notes that in a face-to-face presentation you would read in concurrence with the visible slide. For example, if this paragraph was part of a training session on making presentations, I would read what is typed here and the PowerPoint slides that accompanied it might be like the PP attachment to this response.

Slide 1, 2 and possibly 3: Introduction/Abstract

The first thing you will do is introduce yourself and the focus of your presentation. This will be like a verbal "abstract" which summarizes your presentation in the equivalent of one paragraph. This could take up to three slides. The sample introduction below would be your speaker notes:

Managers have four major functions which we will explore in depth in this training. Those functions are 1) 2) 3) 4) . At the end of our time together today, you should be able to apply those management functions to strengthen your delegation skills as a manager within XYZ Corporation."

Your slide(s) would take the key points from the above paragraph, such as:

"The training today will provide you with tools to reinforce your management skills in
The four major management function areas which are
1)
2)
3)
4)
You will learn how to apply those management functions and
Delegation skills as a manager"

You can use the next four slides to define each separate management function. The website link below is an article written by a BBA/MBA and could be used as a reference/citation in your ...
