This system helps in providing the human resources with various new opportunities to develop their career and attain high levels of growth. The performance management system can only be successful, if it is properly planned and effectively implemented.

This system also helps in developing various competencies among the workforce and identifying the weak areas, which require improvements. Continuous monitoring is an essential part of the system and it will also help the US-China joint venture.
