As an IHRM, I believe that the main objectives for a multinational firm is first and foremost to treat each individual fairly in terms of compensation. It will be important that this firm does not pay more, or is perceived to pay more, to one nationality versus another. It is very important that any IHRM is fair to every employee as failure to do so may result in your firm receiving less than stellar candidates for employment.
