The ethical issues faced by MNCs in their treatment of foreign workers that could bring allegation of misconduct in their operations is that of employing child-labor and of paying them very low wages. From the deontological ethical perspective, it is the duty of the MNC to ensure that the workers employed for the production of their products are above the age of maturity. In addition, it is their duty to ensure that the workers employed in producing their goods are paid the minimum wages and not less.
