Below is a brief summary of the SIM results. Any assessment of the learning in relation to work experience would have to be added by you personally as my work experience would be vastly different from yours and you will want to make the final submission a personal one.

The SIM offered 3 separate scenarios involving a small "gateway" airport in Texas. The first of which involved the compensation concerns of the baggage handlers. They felt that their compensation was not commensurate to the amount or type of work they were being asked to perform. The management of the airport developed and distributed a salary survey to the baggage handlers which yielded information designed to be used in a new compensation package offering. The following options were offered:
