Let us start with the position of team leader. The team leader is not only expected to possess extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Further, he is also expected to display leadership and team skills in order to justify the requirements of this position. Thus, the initial screening of candidates for this position will be based on the minimum qualification requirements, such as at least 3-5 years of experience in a transportation or logistics industry, preferably in a team leader position. The interview for the role of team leader will not only consist of industry and trade related questions to judge the knowledge about logistics industry, but will also focus on ascertaining leadership, team management and communication skills of the candidate.
