Before starting a paper like this, we are needed to provide a brief introduction regarding the organizational theories along with the evolution.//

Organizational theory represents the systematic study and careful applications formulated by people either as an individual or group for defining the rules of the business. The theories originated in the first-half of 20th century and it evolved in the form of scientific, bureaucratic and administrative theories. Taylor explored the scientific management theory, which explored the system of industrialization and modern companies but later a number of critics raised questions regarding it. He famously declared that production first and people second, which was the main reason for the failure of his theory. After this a number of theories like Weber, the neo-classical, contingency and systems theory were formulated. Even though, these theories were well received but they had their share of weak points (Walonick, n.d.).

//The next part of this paper discusses the most preferred theory of motivation that is the Maslow hierarchy of need model. We need to highlight the various levels of this hierarchy need. //

The preferred organizational theory is Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy Needs which clearly establish the relationship between the hierarchy needs. It is clearly classifies the human needs of motivation in a chronological order. The figure portrayed by Maslow describes the needs which a human being follows in order to satisfy himself. This hierarchy is most acceptable as it is successful in making the concept of motivation clear by co-relating it with the human needs. This describes the factors which drives human to attain a goal. According to Maslow, there are 5 levels in the hierarchy needs which are discussed further.

The first need is the Physiological needs. They are the basic human needs such as hunger, thirst etc. These needs are considered to be the prime needs for an individual, as only after fulfilling these needs one can move ahead. ...
