The workforce is constantly a concern in relieving pressures - to having sufficient labor levels that will support the business continuity objectives and initiatives. In addition, the financial stability can contribute towards the inability in maintaining resources that either supports the work teams or management vision for future project initiatives. While the noted environmental pressures either external in regards to political, legal, or even social-cultural factors can greatly impact the organization's goal for efficiency, such as:

a) The economy - the aim in reaching a profitable level within the organization entails managing possible threats that could relate towards competition, high turnovers of employees, and limited talent pool of highly skill set employees.
