Some cited ethical issues related to globalization are work related (e.g., low wages, long hours, child labor), eco-related (e.g. pollution, etc.) and 'relative culturalism' (e.g. treat all culture the same, and ignore unique spiritual and culture characteristics) (www.ufbathal.org). It has been referred to another form of colonization. In health, it has been pointed out that pharmaceutical companies and researchers use people from the developing countries in studies, because it is cheaper and often, they are not offered front line drugs to treat or cure their illnesses e.g. inequalities in drug access and safety testing, Other human rights related to health are violence, drug abuse issues, HIV/AIDS that are health related andf programs are needed to address these broader cultural issues in developing countries.
