From the study it emerges that each of the three countries namely China, Jamaica, and America uses ethics in decision making for financial, environmental, and cultural issues. However, differences in culture make a difference in reasons given for decision making. For example, C in Exhibit 7 Vignette #5 a large number of respondents in each of the three countries believe that the company has a responsibility to the public and it is criminal and dishonest to remain silent.
