The process of how Amazon.com remains competitive has been explained and its organization processes have been depicted in some detail. Finally, the managerial and other daily activities of Jeff Bezos have been portrayed.

Jeff Bezos is emphasizing the HR skills of recruiting, training and motivating good managers. Even in selecting managers he tests their recruiting skills.
