Cyber Attacks or internet security is an ongoing issue which is being dealt by software and information technology professionals around the world. The rapid changes in existing technologies, advent of new technologied on daily basis as well as increased risks due to advent of new viruses, security threats due to intrusion and hacking as well as increased exposure to security threats due to increase in ecommerce transactions has significantly increased the importance of devising new security technologies to combat these threats.

At the basic level, there is threat due to viruses, trojans or worms that can destroy the files or important information stored on a computer. In order to prevent such attacks, one need to use various anti virus softwares, firewalls and security softwares to prevent the negative impact of such viruses. Such viruses attack on a regular basis and new viruses are being developed on a continuous basis, thereby making it compulsory for individuals and organizations to update their anti virus and security software on a regular basis. Even for the software developers, they need to identify such new viruses on a regular basis and make changes to their existing softwares accordingly.
