E-business describes the use of electronic means and platforms to conduct a company's business. The advent of the Internet has greatly improved the ability of companies to conduct their business faster, more accurately, over a wide range of time and space and at a reduced cost (Kotler, 2002). The companies generally adopt an e-business model to make significant changes in the processes of business. The strategic planning is important to plan the future of the changes as these changes can threaten the existence of the company (Wheelen & Hunger, 2004).

Conditions required for application integration:

Application Integration is defined as the use of software and computer system principles to incorporate a set of enterprise computer applications. It provides framework for technology for near real time processing. It is faster in marketing the adapters and reusable integrated infrastructures. Integration framework assists in reducing the complexity of creating, managing, and changing the integration solutions. The conditions that is required for this includes:
