    The first thing you have to do is decide what your question is going to focus on. Brand loyalty and customer satisfaction are both broadly based so you will want to narrow it down. Restaurant satisfaction, car satisfaction, pest control are all more narrow. You could then use data from sources such as restaurant sales and customer satisfaction surveys, or car sales through GM or other customer satisfaction/brand loyalty sales figures.
