Culture is one of the most powerful considerations in strategy implementation but unfortunately, it is also the most neglected one. Most businesses consider three fundamental resources that they believe are most 'leverageable' and which can help gain a substantial return of their investment. These resources consist of information, money and people. Most business entrepreneurs and leaders are good in using knowledge and money in the implementation of strategies. However, most of them were not very successful in making the most out of their human resources and they are least trained in leveraging the collective resource of people.
