The success of an organization's overall corporate strategy depends a great deal on the effectiveness of its HR strategy because HR department manages the most important asset of an organization, ie, manpower. An effective HR strategy provides the right employee for the right job, at the right time and with the right set of skills and helps in retaining the employees with the organization by keeping their morale and motivation levels at the highest level and thus improving their loyaltly towards the organization. If employees will not be motivated, then the overall strategy will not work as the employees will not drive the organization towards success. HR strategy compliments the other elements by making it sure that the organization does not fail on the manpower front and there are no issues or crisis associated with the human resources in the organization.
